Below are some commonly asked questions with the most updated answers.
- Q: Why is the cost of private sessions below the national average session cost of other CoachUp coaches?
A: Since I do not travel, the private session cost difference allows a parent/athlete a few extra dollars to commute to the designated facility location.
My goal is to provide a high-quality, multifacted service at an affordable price (so that, all potential clients can benefit).
- Q: What would a client need to bring to a session?
A: First and foremost, a client will need to bring a positive attitude.
Secondly, a client will need to bring plenty of drinkable water and a towel.
- Q: What is the difference between the Private Session and the Online Sessions?
A: The Private Session is live and in person with a "hands-on" approach compared to the Online Session which is a form of distant learning with videos, Skype chats, and e-courses.
- Q: What if a client needs to reschedule a Private Session?
Upon a successful register (via CoachUp.com), Coach Lorenzo shall provide an active telephone number and a active email address.
All that Coach Lorenzo asks of a client, is that there be at least a 1-hour notification for a session cancellation and that the client contact Coach Lorenzo at both contact methods.
Since Online Sessions are a form of distant learning, the above instructions do not apply.- Q: What if a potential client does not speak English?
A: Coming Soon! There will be langauge subtitles for the Online Sessions available.
